Klein Eyecare accepts most major medical/health insurances and vision plans. It is important to remember that most examinations and office visits can be covered by your major medical/health insurance or your vision plan. *On Medical Insurance that we are not considered contracted with, but have Out-of-Network benefits, we can still offer claims submission for our patients. All benefits including Out-of-Network or Non-Preferred are still subject to verifications, may be deductible ratio, and NOT guaranteed for payments from the insurance companies.

***We offer 25% Off Professional Services (Time-of-Service Discount) to patients who have Medical Plans that we do not accept and 20% Off on a Complete Pair of Eyeglasses (Frame and Lenses) to patients who have Vision Plans we are not contracted with.
